Excellent place for exploring Dundalk. Had a lovely view and breakfast was excellent.
-
Air conditioner, a laptop-compatible safe and a minibar available in the twin room. Truly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Fourteen Below, no need to go somewhere else.
-
We loved this hotel, the room was to a high standard, no noise which was great as we got a good nights sleep. Cant wait to go back!!
I thought the breakfast was very expensive, 15 euros each
-

beautiful room, amazing shower, great food and service
-
The hotel was as I would have expected from a four star-the staff were most helpful and courteous-the room was bigger than any hotel I've stayed in and the bathroom with a separate shower was a rare treat in Irish hotels. I would definitely recommend it to friends and would definitely stay there again

the room is lovely and the food fabulous, especially the breakfast

The room was lovely, the food was nice
They need to do a bit of work on fire drills! The alarm went off when we were there and the staff seemed a bit flustered rather than in control - not a good system
-
Room comfortable, great breakfast, all staff polite and attentive.I felt that I was important to the staff.

This is a well kept hotel which is extremely comfortable. You will feel like you are getting a real treat if you stay here. The rooms are immaculately clean and the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Bathrooms are clean, large with a lovely shower.
The only thing I can think cold be improved is the bath towels. They are a bit small.

The hotel exudes luxury from the moment you arrieve. Staff are very friendly and extremely progressional . Rooms were very elegant, clean and comfortable . I and my partner were so happy we chose the Crown plaza in Dundalk after staying there and could not find a single thing that we were not impressed with . Very nice indeed.
Nothing, it was lovely!
